Privacy Policy — Golden Owners

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the Golden Owners app (Bundle ID com.goldenangel.manager) collects and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: email, username, role (for authentication).
• Restaurant data: branches, products, prices, reports, employees — stored on your own server; not shared with any third party.
• Crash reports (optional): when the app crashes, an anonymous error report is sent to Sentry to improve quality. No personal data.

2. How We Use Data

• Run app features (reports, menu management, branches, employees).
• Authenticate via JWT + local PIN code.
• Detect errors and improve performance.

We never use your data for advertising. We never sell it.

3. Data Sharing

All operational data is stored on your own server, which you control. The app does not send your data to Apple, Google, or any other company. The only exception is anonymous crash reports (Sentry) which are optional.

4. iOS Permissions

• Photo Library: only when uploading a product image to the menu.
• Local Network: to print to thermal receipt printers on the same Wi-Fi.

5. Data Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. On deletion, it is removed from the server within 30 days. To request deletion, contact us.

6. Your Rights

• Access to your personal data.
• Correction or update.
• Account deletion.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

7. Data Security

All server traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed; never stored as plain text. Local PIN codes are stored in iOS's secure Keychain.

8. Children

This app is intended for users 17+ (operating a commercial venue). We do not collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
