من نحن

هذه السياسة صادرة عن شركة الملاك الذهبي للبرمجيات (Golden Angel)، المطوّر والجهة القانونية المسؤولة عن نظام Golden Angel لإدارة المطاعم والكافيهات، وتشمل التطبيقات التالية ولوحة التحكم على pos2.melak.net وبطاقة الولاء في Apple Wallet وGoogle Wallet:

  • GA POS (com.melak.pos) — نقطة البيع (الكاشير)
  • GA Waiter (com.melak.waiter) — تطبيق النادل لأخذ الطلبات
  • GA Reception (com.melak.reception) — الاستقبال والحجوزات
  • GA Owner / Golden Owners Manager (com.goldenangel.manager) — تطبيق صاحب المطعم

البيانات التي نجمعها

  • بيانات حساب الموظف: الاسم، اسم المستخدم أو الإيميل، الدور، وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة بـ bcrypt ولا نطّلع عليها).
  • بيانات زبائن المطعم التي يدخلها المطعم: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، نقاط أو أختام الولاء، وسجل الطلبات.
  • بيانات التشغيل: الطلبات، الفواتير، المبالغ وطريقة الدفع (لا نحفظ أرقام البطاقات البنكية)، المخزون والورديات.
  • سجل الدخول: الإيميل، عنوان IP، الوقت، ونوع الجهاز أو المتصفح، لحماية الحسابات.
  • معلومات الجهاز: معرّف الجهاز ورمز الإشعارات وتقارير الأعطال التقنية لتحسين الاستقرار.

صلاحيات الجهاز

  • الكاميرا والصور: لمسح رموز QR والباركود (لا تُحفظ الصورة)، ولالتقاط صور الأصناف أو شعار المطعم عندما يختار المستخدم ذلك، وهذه الصور تُرفع إلى قائمة المطعم فقط.
  • البلوتوث: للاتصال بطابعات الفواتير فقط.
  • لا نجمع موقع المستخدم. بطاقة الولاء تحمل موقع الفرع فقط، والهاتف نفسه يقرّر متى يُظهر التنبيه.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل خدمة نقطة البيع للمطعم فقط: تسجيل الطلبات، الطباعة، التقارير، الولاء، الإشعارات، وحماية الحسابات. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

مشاركة البيانات

  • مزوّد الاستضافة (خوادم Hetzner) لتخزين البيانات بشكل مشفّر أثناء النقل.
  • Sentry لتقارير الأعطال التقنية.
  • Apple وGoogle لإرسال الإشعارات، ولإصدار بطاقة الولاء عندما يضيفها الزبون إلى محفظته.
  • بيانات كل مطعم معزولة عن المطاعم الأخرى ولا تظهر إلا لموظفيه المصرّح لهم.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

سجلات الدخول تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 90 يوماً. بيانات التشغيل تبقى ما دام حساب المطعم فعّالاً أو حسب متطلبات المحاسبة. يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالتواصل معنا، وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.

الأطفال

تطبيقاتنا موجّهة لأصحاب وموظفي المطاعم وليست موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.

Who we are

This policy is issued by Golden Angel Software Company ("Golden angel" on Google Play), the developer and legal entity behind the Golden Angel restaurant management system. It covers the apps listed above, the web dashboard at pos2.melak.net and the loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

  • GA POS (com.melak.pos) — point of sale (cashier)
  • GA Waiter (com.melak.waiter) — waiter ordering app
  • GA Reception (com.melak.reception) — reception and reservations
  • GA Owner / Golden Owners Manager (com.goldenangel.manager) — restaurant owner app

Data we collect

  • Staff account data: name, username or email, role and password (stored as a bcrypt hash).
  • Restaurant customer data entered by the restaurant: name, phone number, loyalty points or stamps and order history.
  • Operational data: orders, receipts, amounts and payment method (card numbers are never stored), inventory and shifts.
  • Login records: email, IP address, time and device or browser type, used to protect accounts.
  • Device data: device identifier, push notification token and crash reports.

Device permissions

  • Camera and photos: to scan QR codes and barcodes (the image is not stored), and to take menu item or logo photos when the user chooses to; those photos are uploaded to the restaurant's menu only.
  • Bluetooth: only to connect to receipt printers.
  • We do not collect user location. The loyalty card carries the branch location; the phone decides when to show a nearby alert.

How we use and share data

Data is used only to run the point-of-sale service for the restaurant. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. It is shared only with our hosting provider (Hetzner), Sentry for crash reports, and Apple and Google for push notifications and Wallet passes. Each restaurant's data is isolated from other restaurants.

Retention and deletion

Login records are deleted after 90 days. Operational data is kept while the restaurant account is active or as accounting rules require. To get a copy of your data or delete your account and data, contact us; requests are completed within 30 days.

Children

Our apps are for restaurant owners and staff and are not directed at children under 13.
